DIFFERENCE OF RAM AND ROM

Often we hear the term RAM and ROM are there on a feature phone or tablet. but what exactly is meant by the RAM and ROM.quite a lot of mobile users who are still confused by the two terms. and what are their functions in particular that of the telecommunications equipment. before we peeled beforehand what ang called ROM.ROM stands for Read only memory, a memory type that can only be read but not written or filled. for charging or writing of data to be made using a special process. ROM is a function of internal data storage that is used to put the OS and all systems were included.ROM is a form of data storage in computers and electronic devices including the smarthphone or tablet that can not be easily modified or programmed.
Read MoreRAM is a temporary storage form that can be accessed randomly at any time. in any order and from different locations denan any other storage devices such as hard drives.RAM is measured in the amount of megabytes and gigabytes, and its speed is measured in nanoseconds and CHIP data RAM read data faster than ROM. in common usage, the term RAM is synonymous with main memory is the memory available for the program.besides RAM requires power to store data temporarily ROM will store data without power. RAM is a type of memory volatile.dan written data in RAM is not permanent, if you turn off your device stored data will be lost when you turn off your device.there are different types of RAM, including DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) and SRAM (Static Random Access Memory). for this type of ROM including PROM (programmable read only memory) that is produced as a blank memory such as a CD-ROM and EPROM.There are many differences between RAM and ROM but there are also similarities. The second type of memory is used, and both of them equally as necessary for operating your device properly and efficiently. there are 2 types of RAM is DRAM and SRAM. Both RAM types differ in the technology they use to hold data, with DRAM being the more types umum.dalam terms of speed SRAM is faster. DRAM needs to be refreshed thousands of times per second while SRAM does not need to be refreshed.DRAM supports access times of about 60 nanoseconds are SRAM can give access time of 10 nanoseconds. The second type of RAM voltile manifold, which means that they lose data when the power is turned off.
